Yeast: Nottingham

Batch size: 5 gallon

OG: 1.051

FG:1.011

 

Grain Bill:

8 lbs 2-row pale malt

2 lbs Vienna malt

0.5 lbs Crystal (Caramel) 10L

 

Mash 3.5 gal water at 152°F for 60 min

Sparge 3.25 gal water 175 for 10 min

 

Boil and Hops

1.0 oz Cascade 60′

0.5 oz Cascade 30′

0.25 oz Cascade 15′

0.25 oz Cascade 5′

 

Chill to 70°F and pitch yeast

Nottingham, Safale US-05 also good substitute
